55 Club Forgot Password
The 55 Club login form carries a Forgot password? link on both the Phone number and Email tabs, and the same page says to contact customer service if you forget your password. Try the link first and keep customer service for when the link does not get you back in.
55 Club password not working: check these first
- Wrong tab. An account created with a mobile number belongs on the Phone number tab; one created with an email belongs on the Email tab.
- Country code typed twice. The form already shows +91 India, so type only the ten digits after it, not 91 as well.
- Keyboard auto-correct. An automatic capital or a trailing space is enough to change a password. Retype it slowly instead of pasting.
How to use the Forgot password? link on 55 Club
- Open the sign-in screen and stay on the tab you registered with.
- Tap Forgot password?, listed with the Remember password option under the password box.
- Follow each screen that comes next. They were not opened for this guide, so read each prompt on your own screen and enter a code only if the platform asks for one.
- Choose a new password that meets the sign-up rule: at least 8 characters, letters and numbers mixed.
- Go back to the sign-in screen and use the new password there.
55 Club account locked after 10 wrong passwords
More than 10 wrong passwords bring up a lock message on 55 Club. Stop guessing at that point. Whether the Forgot password? link clears the lock was not confirmed; try it once, and if the account still refuses to open, contact customer service as the login page advises.
Genuine support never needs your password. A message asking for it, or for a code that has just reached your phone, is not support.
When only 55 Club customer service can help
- The number or email the account was registered with is no longer yours.
- You cannot tell which of the two you used.
- The reset screens reject what you enter.
- The lock message is still showing after the reset steps.
